American Football: St. Brown Awarded for Spectacular Action

Football pro Amon-Ra St. Brown has won the Best Catch competition at the Pro Bowl Games in Las Vegas.

The wide receiver from the Detroit Lions, who took part in the National Football League (NFL) All-Star event as a substitute, prevailed with a spectacular catching action. German-American St. Brown vaulted over the Lions mascot, then in flight caught a pass from his brother Equanimeous, who also threw from the air. Equanimeous plays for the Chicago Bears in the NFL.

In the overall standings of the Pro Bowl games, 23-year-old Amon-Ra St. Brown won with the National Football Conference (NFC) All-Star team against the American Football Conference 35-33.

St. Brown has had a strong season in the NFL, scoring six touchdowns. He narrowly missed the playoffs with Detroit.
