The new sports channel TV 2 Sport X is well underway with the preparations for the channel opening at the beginning of the new year.

And now steps up the canal further on expert and kommentatorfronten, tells TV 2 in a press release.

The former midfielder Mads Junker has just been brought in to guide the danes through some of the biggest football matches in Spain and Italy.

"TV 2 is a great channel, and the ability to get to the big battles are really bold, which I am insanely much. When you get a great offer on the to progress in their career, so take the step, and here came the TV 2 on the field," says Mads Junker to B. T.

Mads Junker changes to Denmark's main channel after nearly five years as an expert and commentator in the competitor Discovery Networks, in a while not have had the rights to either the English or Spanish football.

"It is sad to say goodbye to the good and competent colleagues, but I was smoked a little down in the hierarchy of Discovery. You follow the little rights, and currently they have not so many of them out there," says Junker, while he elaborates:

"That has been downloaded to some experts and commentators into along the way out there, and it is a bit like to be a football player. There is a hierarchy, and even though I can cover many things, so I know the good, too, that I might not have quite the same football-CV, as some of the others on the Discovery."

On the TV 2 Sport X will get Mads Junker in addition, the company of, among others, Henrik Fallesen, John Bisgaard and Morten Glinvad, of which the last two are retrieved from a streaming service Strive, as the past year has had the rights to the Spanish La Liga and the Italian Serie A.

Besides football, so it is earlier announced that the new sports channel also has secured the rights to show the tennis from Wimbledon, WORLD championships in athletics and basketball matches from the NBA.

TV 2 Sport X can initially be seen through the moderstationens streaming service TV 2 Play. It will however also be able to be a part of various television packages.

The new tv-the child will become a supplement to the already existing channel TV 2 Sport.

TV 2 Sport X open 4. January next year, and thus opens the channel almost exactly five years after the TV 2 Sport.
