Scandal: Former Premier League bombs uncovered for mother and daughter

A former Premier League striker has reported himself to the police.

It happens after that he uncovered himself in front of a woman and her teenage daughter.

It writes the Mirror.

the 44-year-old Neil Shipperley has previously been the attacker in the Chelsea, Southampton, Crystal Palace and many other great clubs in England.

Shipperley volunteered himself to the police with the words 'I have a problem' after the incident.

the Incident happened on 17. september of this year, when Shipperley drove his 'usual route', as it was stated in Arzbet court.

He admits to the court that he had stared at the mother and the daughter from his white van, while he had his penis out of his pants.

In the court stated Shipperley guilty of 'intentionally to show his genitals with the thought that some would see them'.

Taranjit Rai, who is the prosecutor in the case, led the court through the event:

"The day around noon. 17.15 there were two victims – a mother and a daughter, and the daughter was 16 years old. The accused drove at the same pace as them as they went along the road. He sat in his white Transit van. He stopped his van outside a cykelbutik and rolled down the window. They thought that he would let them go over the road."

"the Victim turned around to say thank you, and at the time she looked in at the window and saw that he held his penis and looked at her face. The defendants followed them up the road and stopped at a traffic light. This time rolled the defendants down the window again and continued to masturbate. The daughter and the mother attempted to take the defendant's license plate. It was there that he began to run towards the police station," said the prosecutor.

Subsequently, Neil Shipperley said sorry for his behavior to the victims and made it clear that he did not know that the daughter was merely a child.

In his mother's statement, which was read aloud in court by the prosecutor, stood among other things:

'It was disgusting. I was not willing to let my daughter go through it. How can he believe that he has the power to do this against the women. I and my daughter feel violated.'

Neil Shipperley receives his sentence next month.

The former Premier League player has also played six U21 matches for England and scored three goals.
