The most painful memory is the missed the championship in 2018, where Brøndby threw away a lead to FC Midtjylland, which ended up grabbing the DM gold.

On the positive side, there was the same year Brøndbys pokaltriumf, which was retrieved with a cup of Silkeborg.

"There have been many great experiences. I will never forget pokaltitlen, I will never forget it missed the championship in 2018."

Brøndby has lost the team's last three league matches against AGF, FC Copenhagen and the FCM, so there is pressure on the home team, who also is smoked out of this year's cup.

"We must end the year with a victory. We need to send everyone on vacation with a good performance and three points."

"We've played well in the last matches against the two top team, but have been unfortunate not to get something from the matches," says Mukhtar.

He believes to have the recipe to defeat the West.

"The recent performance, we must take with us into the fight against Hobro, and we must build on them."

"We must be aggressive, we need to play fast, and we need to be consistent in both fields. We can, I am sure, too, that we win," he says.
