Criminals, "Arab Clans" from levers, for decades, systematically the German state of law. Almost every fourth Crime in the area of Organised crime today is committed to the "Arab-German Milieu" out.

Yet, while criminals do not usually try to make the security agencies, to search for the Clans even aware of the confrontation. "The open society in Germany to understand them as easy prey," explains Dr. Ralph Ghadban, the leading expert on Clan crime in Germany.

The result: Before the eyes of the helpless state to arise in the major German cities, Islamic parallel States and territories with their own laws, judges, hundreds of thousands of citizens, and of the clan members with claimed territories in which German laws, de facto, have no validity anymore.

"That's true even for police officers resident in the Clan areas," says Ghadban. "You have to imagine what the loss of power this means for the rule of law, if the police can't protect their own people."
