Olaf Scholz is dealing with two parallel fermentation processes this Monday. He experiences one in Ulm at the Gold Ochsen brewery, or rather the result: at lunchtime the chancellor holds a glass of naturally cloudy beer in his hand, this unfiltered golden-yellow liquid is called a gusset. He drinks from it too. Later he even gets a full beer.
