Sofia Mandilara still remembers the days she worked with Eva Kailli as a traumatic episode in her working life. That was in 2013 and 2014, when Mandilara worked as a research assistant at the "Research Center for Gender Equality" (Kethi) in Athens, a research institute for gender equality in Athens. And Eva Kaili, the former vice-president of the European Parliament, the woman at the center of Parliament's current corruption scandal, had just been appointed head of the think tank.
