The Russian war against Ukraine will be a dominant topic - but Vladimir Putin is staying away from the G20 summit in Bali. At the end of last week, the Indonesian G20 Presidency announced that Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov would represent the Russian President. Reasons for Putin's cancellation were not given, but Olaf Scholz has a suspicion.
