A colleague recently tweeted a photo. It showed a couple of journalists waiting in the sun in Montreal for Olaf Scholz and Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau's press conference. I was in the photo too, resting on the floor.
Twitter is a social medium whose users tend to be harsh on discipline ("Check your facts first!") while irony dies a thousand deaths there every day ("You can't be serious!"). But there was one tongue-in-cheek comment about this photo that survived. He went like this: "Journalism is exhausting. But still much better than work."
