They weren't allowed to go to school, could hardly meet friends and the clubs were closed anyway. In the pandemic, the most exciting part of life for young people simply fell through. Deleted without replacement. Instead of the first kiss, it was suddenly about high moral values. The young people should discipline themselves to protect the elders of society. And so they did, with surprisingly little grumbling. Hardly anyone thanked them.
