ORANGE (Calif.) -- Bill Clinton will stay one more night in a Southern California hospital while he recovers from an infection. A spokesman confirmed this Saturday.
Angel Urena, a spokesperson for President Clinton, stated in a statement that "President Clinton continues to make excellent progress over these past 24 hours."
The statement stated that Clinton would remain at University of California Irvine Medical Center overnight "to receive IV antibiotics prior to an expected discharge tomorrow".

Biden stated that he is doing well; he truly is," during remarks at University of Connecticut.
Urena stated that Clinton, 75, was admitted to hospital Tuesday with an unrelated infection to COVID-19.
Urena said that Urena was in great spirits, and had been spending time with her family, catching up on friends, and watching college football.
A Clinton aide said Clinton suffered from a urological infection which spread to his bloodstream. However, Clinton is now well and has not been in septic shock. This could be life-threatening.
According to the aide, Clinton was being treated in the intensive care section but not ICU.
