Kremlin chief Vladimir Putin has declared four occupied Ukrainian territories as Russian territory. The admission of Luhansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhia and Cherson should be contractually sealed today, Putin said in a speech broadcast on state television. The annexations are not recognized internationally.
