In the new episodes of his documentary series "ZDFbesseresser: Sebastian Lege reveals" on March 14 at 8:15 p.m. on ZDF, the chef and product developer takes on "The Tricks of Asian Restaurants". For the Asian restaurants, he takes a close look at various snack bars. The chef tests dishes such as spring rolls or popular pasta boxes. Unfortunately, prefabricated products are often used - this is the only way to have more than 100 dishes on a menu.
