Tokio Hotel singer Bill Kaulitz (33) and his brother Tom see each other almost every day despite Tom's marriage to model and presenter Heidi Klum (49). "We live very close to each other. We're only 15 minutes apart, which is nice. Tom is actually with me almost every day. Our music studio is in my house," said Kaulitz of the German Press Agency in Hamburg.
The brothers are closely related. "Yes, we're very close, which is nice too, because we're all very family people, and we're very close."
For Kaulitz, the secret of this close sibling love lies in the fact that Tom and Bill are identical twins. "Tom and I, we're like one person. We can't even imagine what it would be like without each other. Actually, we always feel sorry for all people who don't have identical twins. It's such a shame. Life is so much nicer when you have someone with you." Kaulitz and his brother Tom have lived in Los Angeles since 2010. Tokio Hotel was founded in Magdeburg in 2001. The band became known in 2005 with the hit "Durch den Monsun".
