The first warm days of spring already whet the appetite for summery fashion-it-pieces. However, since the temperatures are not yet inviting to wear short dresses and shorts, many fashionistas are currently resorting to a stylish alternative: maxi skirts! The ankle-length skirts not only suit every figure, but also almost every everyday situation. We present two styling variants.

Model Elsa Hosk (34) presents a particularly elegant and chic Dior combination of maxi skirt and matching blazer in creamy white on her Instagram channel. The wide skirt harmonises perfectly with the figure-hugging jacket. High pumps, a clutch or a small handbag are suitable for this. Hosk uses black here, but if you want to bring some color into play, you can also use brighter tones such as pink, lilac or green.

The ensemble of "GZSZ" actress Chryssanthi Kavazi (34), who chose a variant of the currently hyped Y2K denim style for her skirt, is much more casual, but just as stylish. A knee-high leg slit gives the ankle-length denim skirt that certain something. A white top, a black oversize blazer and casual light brown cowboy boots go well with this.

If you don't like jeans, chiffon or silk, you can also opt for maxi skirts made of knitted or pleated fabric. Sporty sneakers or cool loafers can also be seen.
