"The Terminal List": Series with Chris Pratt gets second season

The Amazon thriller series "The Terminal List" by and with Chris Pratt (43) will be extended for a second season. This is reported by the US industry website "Deadline". Accordingly, the series, in which Pratt acts as the main actor and executive producer, will not only be extended. It is also said to be getting a spin-off that takes place before the events of the main series and sheds more light on the history of some of the characters.

According to the report, the new main character of the still unnamed offshoot is already certain: The focus of the story is said to be Taylor Kitsch's (41) "The Terminal List" character Ben Edwards, a CIA agent and former companion of Pratt's character James Reece. Like Pratt, Kitsch will serve as executive producer on the spin-off, it said. Apparently Pratt will also be seen in front of the camera in the second series from "The Terminal List" cosmos - the offshoot was even his idea.

Adapted from Jack Carr's best-selling novel of the same name, the series follows a man named James Reece who is ambushed with his Navy Seals squad during a high-risk undercover mission. When he returns to his family, conflicting memories of the mission plague him. Was it his fault? Or is there something bigger behind it? Reece discovers that dark forces are working against him.

The first season of "The Terminal List" started in Germany on July 1, 2022 via Amazon Prime Video. In addition to Pratt and Kitsch, it also features Riley Keough (33) and Patrick Schwarzenegger (29), Pratt's brother-in-law. It is not yet known when season two or the offshoot should appear.
