A few days after her 20th birthday on November 13, Canadian-born British tennis star Emma Raducanu was honored by King Charles III for his services to tennis. (74) awarded the Order of Knights MBE (The Most Excellent Order of the British Empire). In a statement following the ceremony, she said: "It was great to receive my award from His Majesty the King today - I am very grateful."

For the ceremony at Windsor Castle, the professional athlete, who won the US Open 2021 at the age of just 18, dressed up in a special way. As a Dior ambassador, she wore an elegant black silk lace midi dress with short sleeves adorned with playful ruffles and a £5,800 tiered, asymmetric skirt. She paired it with a Diorodeo hat, saddle belt and strappy heels from the French fashion house, as well as jewelry from Tiffany

But despite making history with her US Open win and raking in a whopping $21 million the following year, Raducanu recently revealed, according to Mail Online, that she didn't see it as a "big deal". Nevertheless, since her triumph she has also been able to win British Airways, Dior, Evian, HSBC, Porsche, Tiffany and Vodafone as advertising partners in addition to Nike.
