Television: "Germany's Next Top Model": Five finalists have been determined

21-year-old Coco was eliminated in the semi-finals of "Germany's Next Top Model". The woman from Munich could not convince either at the photo shoot on a circus trapeze or at the subsequent catwalk and is therefore not one of the candidates who will fight for the victory of the current season in a live show next week.

Instead, the last coveted photos went into the model portfolios of Selma (19, from Berlin), Nicole (49, from Offenbach), Olivia (22, from Hamburg), Somajia (21, from Bielefeld) and Vivien (23, from Koblenz).

"You've proven in the last 17 weeks that you have potential," said Klum when deciding on candidate Coco. At some point, however, she was no longer able to see any increase. In addition, the 21-year-old repeated unfavorable poses – also in the semi-final shoot, which took place in the Cirque du Soleil theater.

Discord among the models

Even with her walk in front of the Las Vegas hotel backdrop, Coco couldn't change the jury's mind. Guest juror Philipp Plein, whose current collection the models were supposed to present, judged: "It didn't look so good now." The second guest judge was supermodel Elle Macpherson.

Another task for the models was a photo shoot for the cosmetics brand Mac. Initially, however, only small excerpts of the results could be seen, because the campaign is one of the prizes for the winner of the season.

Coco's shaky performance in the semifinals had caused discord among the models shortly before the decision was made: Because several candidates tried to build up the Munich woman and encourage her, participant Olivia criticized them as liars. "I don't think it's nice that if someone is unhappy, you then step on it," said Nicole. Coco, in turn, took note of both the dispute and her later departure with composure.
