For the fourth season of the streaming show "LOL: Last One Laughing" presented by Michael "Bully" Herbig, the last names have now become known.

Joko Winterscheidt is part of the format for the first time and Max Giermann for the third time, the Amazon service Prime Video announced on Thursday. Kurt Krömer is also there for the third time, and Martina Hill and Hazel Brugger are taking part for the second time. Otherwise, Cordula Stratmann, Moritz Bleibtreu, Michael Mittermeier, Jan van Weyde and Elton take part in the comedy show, which is about not laughing under any circumstances for six hours.

The six-part show, which was awarded the German Television Prize and the German Comedy Prize, is scheduled to be available in April.

The format, which also exists in other countries, was launched in Germany for the first time in April 2021. The concept: A number of entertainers and comedians try to make each other laugh in a studio for several hours. The candidate who doesn't laugh wins. The winners of the first three seasons were Max Giermann, Torsten Sträter and Anke Engelke.

The publication of the third round was overshadowed by the fact that participant Mirco Nontschew died shortly after the recording.
