"Following the acquisition of the rights to Oprah Winfrey's CBS interview with Harry and Meghan, we are delighted to have won another exclusive interview," the media company quoted RTL News Deputy Managing Director Martin Grandl as saying. "We are therefore constantly delivering strong highlights from the world of the royal family on our channels and platforms - and this conversation has it all!"

Prince Harry gave two TV interviews in advance of the marketing of his new book, one with the British ITV and one with the US broadcaster CBS. Both will be broadcast for the first time on Sunday (8 January).
