Princess Anne: That's why she was missing from the Christmas walk

Almost all the senior royals showed up at Sandringham on Boxing Day. During the public walk to the service, King Charles III. (74), King's wife Camilla (75), heir to the throne Prince William (40) with his family and Prince Edward (58) and even the disgraced Prince Andrew (62). But one of the first ranks of the royal family was missing: Princess Anne (72). The king's sister is said to have missed the family event because she allegedly has to cure a cold, as reported by the "Daily Mail", among other things.

The only daughter of the late Queen Elizabeth II (1926-2022) has been one of the hardest-working members of the British royal family for years, as a new ranking recently proved once again. Even in the outgoing year of 2022, no UK royal has attended more public appearances and events than the 72-year-old. As the "Daily Mail" also writes, Anne has carried out a whopping 214 of these commitments in the past twelve months. This means that it is once again the undisputed number one - as it has been for the past two years and most of the time before.
