Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan: They lose important Archewell employees

There are turbulent times behind Prince Harry (38) and Duchess Meghan (41). The release of her Netflix documentary and Prince Harry's controversial memoir drew a lot of attention. And apparently the two won't be able to settle down anytime soon, because their Archewell foundation is about to change.

As "The Telegraph" reports, two senior employees will leave the organization. One is Ben Browning, head of content at Archewell Productions, the foundation's film division. And the other is Fara Taylor, who leads Archewell's marketing team. Both are said to be giving up their jobs "later this year" and will not be replaced after they leave.

Head of Communications Ashley Hansen said the Duke and Duchess are "very grateful" for their support with the "important throwback projects" they recently released. According to the Telegraph, Browning oversaw the entire production of the Harry

In December 2022 it was announced that Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan would from now on take over the management of their foundation themselves. This was reported by "People" magazine, citing a statement from the organization. Accordingly, Mandana Dayani (40) has resigned from her position as President of Archewell. The step was "planned", it said. There will be no replacement for the position, the former president fully supports Meghan and Harry "in their new leadership roles and they remain friends," Archewell announced, according to "People".

Harry and Meghan founded Archewell in 2020, shortly after stepping down as senior royals and moving to the United States. The organization's mission, according to its website, is "to unleash the power of compassion to drive cultural change."
