The star of a children's musical, Jenny Wehran (Jeanette Biedermann), is accused of poisoning the show's choreographer: a drug cocktail was found in his blood. The successful musical "The Magic Forest 2.0" is the life's work of Jenny's father Mario Wehran (André M. Hennicke), who as patriarch runs the Wehran family business, where Jenny's sister Sandra also works. Mario Wehran is convinced that Jenny is innocent; in his opinion, the choreographer Patrick Leclerque (Luka Dimic) must have given himself the overdose. But an anonymous tip suggests that it was not self-inflicted.
