Juvenile court judge Marlene Neubach (Silke Bodenbender) relies on strictness out of conviction. When she visits her son Jakob (Tom Gronau), currently studying abroad, in Athens, Marlene experiences a surprise: Jakob has disappeared from the face of the earth and is wanted by Inspector Vergas (Kostas Antalopoulos) in connection with criminal offenses. The lawyer cannot imagine that her son Jakob could be involved in illegal activities. Can Marlene trust the local police?
