Actor Philipp Stehler is overjoyed: the 34-year-old and his girlfriend Vanessa Ciomber (32) are parents for the first time. "When love becomes life. We can't wait to meet you!" The former "Bachelorette" contestant and his girlfriend have been officially together since December 2020. In 2015 he had reached third place in the RTL dome show and had thus become known to a wider audience. He was also seen in "Bachelor in Paradise". As an actor, he got a guest role in "Gute Zeiten, Schlechte Zeiten" and has been a police officer in the series "K11 - Kommissare im Dienst" for two years.

Stehler, who suffered from ulcerative colitis for many years, has also written a book about his illness. He even had to wear a colostomy for a little over a year. In "My belly is not an ass" he gives advice to other affected people.

In an interview in 2021, he spoke openly about his inhibitions and shame when dating. He met his partner Vanessa "under difficult conditions," he said. But he finally dared to open up: "She's the first woman I've let approach me."
