More than his comedy, "Saturday Night Live" star Pete Davidson (29) has made headlines in recent years primarily with his love life. Davidson had short, sometimes very short, relationships with various famous women from the music, film and TV industries. However, the 29-year-old is now defending himself against the supposed reputation as a celebrity womanizer. As a guest on the "Real Ones" podcast, which actor Jon Bernthal (46, "Marvel's The Punisher") runs, Davidson describes his point of view.
"I'm in my 20s and I've been dating people - for some reason it's crazy and interesting to some people." However, he himself couldn't see anything exciting about it and feels that his dating history is completely in line: "I've been in show business for almost half my life, 14, 15 years [...]. And in twelve years I might have Been in a relationship with 10 people. I don't think it's really that crazy."
The interest in his love life is particularly “irritating” because he says he has never “showed off” on social media. He met all his ex-girlfriends through work: "I didn't send anyone private messages or received any. I just worked in one of the five Hollywood epicenters where you meet people."
Incidentally, a look at the past confirms his statement, ten relationships seem to be documented: It started with the comedian Carly Aquilino (32), followed by Cazzie David (28), the daughter of Larry David (75). His short relationship with pop star Ariana Grande (29) made headlines for the first time in 2018, and the two are said to have been engaged in the meantime.
