Streaming provider Netflix has not only celebrated success with films and series produced in-house in recent years. The range of reality shows was also well received by subscribers worldwide. Reason enough to follow up: the latest dating format is called "Perfect Match" and will also find its way onto the platform in Germany from February 14 - just in time for Valentine's Day.

According to the description, "Perfect Match" can be understood as a kind of best-of cast of other Netflix shows. All participants are already known from other formats, such as "Love is Blind", "Too Hot To Handle", "The Circle" or "The Ultimatum". Basically as it is known in the German TV landscape from the show “Bachelor in Paradise”: Former candidates from previous “Bachelor” and “Bachelorette” seasons are eligible to participate.

Bartise Bowden ("Love Is Blind"), Chase DeMoor ("Too Hot To Handle"), Chloe Veitch ("The Circle") and Zay Wilson ("The Ultimatum") are reunited on "Perfect Match". .

According to Netflix's description, "Perfect Match" will take place in a "tropical paradise" and will be hosted by Jessica Simpson's (42) ex-husband Nick Lachey (49). Some of the participants should already know him from other reality shows – Lachey also moderates “The Ultimatum” and “Love is Blind”.

The rules say: "compatible couples" in particular gain a great advantage. They're allowed to break up other couples and then play matchmaker to send them "on dates with brand new singles who invite them over to the mansion." The question that inevitably arises, "Will they make better couples, or cause chaos?

The first season will consist of 12 episodes, each of which is about an hour long, according to Variety. In three blocks, each with four episodes, these will then be published on February 14th, 21st and 28th.
