Crime sequel "Glass Onion" with Daniel Craig

In the "Knives Out" sequel "Glass Onion", ex-James Bond actor Daniel Craig returns to investigate as the quirky detective Benoit Blanc. This time, Blanc is invited to the private island of tech billionaire Miles Bron (Edward Norton) to solve a fictional murder case with his friends. When the detective arrives on the island, however, he finds out that Bron didn't invite him at all. A little later a real murder happens and all the guests are suspects. Blanc gets to work.

Kate Hudson, Dave Bautista, Kathryn Hahn and pop singer Janelle Monáe star in director Rian Johnson's second crime thriller, Knives Out. The pleasantly old-fashioned Whodunnit entertains with a brilliant Craig, original gags and a lot of holiday flair.

"Times of Upheaval" with Anthony Hopkins

US director James Gray presents a personal coming-of-age story in his new film "Times of Upheaval". Starring Anne Hathaway and Anthony Hopkins, the drama explores the American dream - and the fact that it doesn't hold the same promise for everyone.

"Times of Upheaval" is set in Queens in 1980, just before the presidential election. The focus is on young Paul Graff, part of a well-to-do Jewish family. At school he befriends Johnny, a black boy. The two hatch various pranks at school, which have increasingly serious consequences over time. It becomes clear: Because of the racist attitude of parents, teachers or police officers, the effects are much more devastating for Johnny than for Paul.

On the journey through Germany, the two experience an emotional journey that makes them realize what is important in life.
