Can Abba fans look forward to new music by Agnetha Fältskog (73)? With a mysterious message on Instagram, the Swedish singer has sparked speculation about a possible comeback.
"Where Do We Go From Here?" it said on the verified Instagram account "agnetha_official" as well as on a new website. On the social network and in fan forums, this immediately triggered speculation about the musician's return.
According to information from the Swedish newspaper "Aftonbladet", the Abba singer will release new music in the next few days. The song "Where Do We Go From Here?" hot, wrote the paper. Fältskog spokesman Andreas Lindé did not want to comment on the newspaper.
Born in Jönköping in 1950, Fältskog formed the Swedish cult band Abba with her former partner Björn Ulvaeus, Benny Andersson and Anni-Frid "Frida" Lyngstad. After global success with the pop group, she released three albums as a solo artist in the 1980s. Two more albums followed later, most recently "A" in 2013.
