The participants of the new season "I'm a star - get me out of here!" are gradually arriving at the airport in Brisbane, Australia. For three of them, the reality TV adventure started with an unpleasant surprise. Because the suitcases of designer Claudia Effenberg (57), "DSDS" singer and "Checker vom Neckar" Cosimo Citiolo (41) and reality star and trash queen Cecilia Asoro (26) did not arrive with them at the destination airport. According to RTL, they were "probably accidentally relocated by the airline".
All three take the loss of their suitcases - and thus their luxury items, which are allowed into the camp - rather calmly.
"Mei, he'll come tomorrow, they told us, I'm very easy peasy," Claudia Effenberg is quoted as saying. Although she misses her face masks, she is looking forward to the accommodation after the long flight. "I'm going to fizz me a diet coke right now in the hotel - I'm really up for it," she says.
Cosimo Citiolo has even found a solution if his suitcase doesn't show up at all: "Fortunately, my wife is there with me and didn't stay in any cloakroom. The suitcase doesn't matter now - then I'll take a thong or a thong from her BH", jokes the German-Italian musician.
Cecilia Asoro even shows understanding: "I'm not a drama queen now, that can happen," she says in an interview with the broadcaster. The situation is different with the reaction of the ground staff. "They suddenly said to me: 'Yes, that's not our problem' and this sentence upset me a bit."
The jungle camp 2023 starts on January 13th on RTL. In addition to Effenberg, Citiolo and Asoro, these celebrities are also part of the party:
