Jungle camp 2023: These three celebrity women are apparently there

The rumor mill has been churning for weeks, and now there seems to be some certainty in the speculation. Who is moving to the jungle camp next year? According to a report by the "Bild" newspaper, the first three female "I'm a star – get me out of here!" candidates should be certain: Designer and ex-player Claudia Effenberg (57), presenter and Marc Terenzi friend are traveling Verena Kerth (41) and the former "GNTM" bitch Tessa Bergmeier (33) in the Australian bush.

In contrast to Kerth, who became known through her former relationship with today's Bayern boss Oliver Kahn (53), the names Effenberg and Bergmeier have already appeared several times as speculation in the gazettes. For Bergmeier, participation seems to mean a departure from former principles. In November, she said in a "Bild" interview when asked if she was taking part in the show: "Every year I get messages like this with the assumption that I'm a candidate and every year they turned out to be wrong." According to the newspaper, their participation should now be a thing of the past.

In addition to the three celebrity ladies mentioned, the rumor mill says that actress Jana Pallaske (43) will also make her way to Australia. Other circulating names are trash TV macho Luigi "Gigi" Birofio (23), reality star Yeliz Koc (29), make-up artist Djamila Rowe (55), YouTuber Lisha (26), ex-"Bachelor" Andrej Mangold (35 ), the influencer Twenty4tim (22) and the former "Bauer sucht Frau" participant Patrick Romer (27). In addition, Lucas Cordalis (55) is said to be a jungle camp resident who had to pass last year due to a corona infection. The broadcaster RTL has not yet confirmed a name.

For the first time, Sonja Zietlow (54) will moderate the popular reality show on site in Australia together with Jan Köppen (39) after Daniel Hartwich (44) said goodbye. Jungle camp doctor Dr. Bob (72) will also be there again. Due to Corona, the jungle camp had to move once to South Africa in 2022. Season 16 kicks off on January 13, 2023.
