Tuesday night was day twelve of "I'm a Celebrity - Get Me Out of Here!" on (also on RTL ). After no celebrity had to leave the jungle camp the day before, the viewers sent another star out of the camp this time.
In the "Wall of Shame" jungle test, Djamila Rowe (55) and Cosimo Citiolo (41) first had to memorize 16 images in a memory game. These were then turned over and the two stars had to answer appropriate questions. In each round you had to guess where which motif is hidden and to which question it fits as an answer. If the answer was wrong, there was no star, instead the two ended up in a disgusting tank and were doused with leftover meat, jungle slime or fish innards. In the end, the duo could only take two stars into the camp. The meager result brought tears to Rowe.
However, the camper collected herself again and had to come clean. She confessed to her colleague the Bolognese lie from the day before: Claudia Effenberg (57) had a "great idea" during the treasure hunt: "We're just going to say that we were offered Bolognese during the treasure hunt and we would have rejected it. I want to at this point, we weren't offered a Bolognese!" Citiolo was not impressed and didn't blame the two for the little lie. At the campfire, Citiolo also enlightened the others, Papis Loveday (46) took up the action with more incomprehension.
Jolina Mennen (30), Gigi Birofio (23) and Cecilia Asoro (26) opened the round of gossip around the campfire. "I don't think much of Claudia," said Birofio. "She complains too much. She's not one hundred percent real." Another candidate for the blasphemy attack: Cosimo Citiolo. "Cosimo is super sensitive," analyzed Asoro. "He's very busy with himself in here," said Mennen and Birofio explained: "He's a very, very big baby."
There was then an open hour of gossip in a small game in which the campers had to give each other packages with properties. Among other things, Gigi Birofio received the packages "selfish" and "lazy" from his colleagues. Effenberg put the "wrong" package on top of that. "She's doing nice, that's wrong and fake," replied the snapped Birofio, who distributed "disrespectfully" to Effenberg. As the camper with the most packages, the 23-year-old was able to celebrate the title of new team boss.
Birofio also showed his soft side in the issue. He has a lot of difficulties showing emotions, "because of the past, it broke me," said the camper Papis Loveday. That was what he was taught by his father. "My father can't tell me: I love you." He sincerely hopes that he will do things differently himself. "I think I'm going to be a great dad."
Jana "Urkraft" Pallaske (43) also had an open conversation. "I was in Hollywood and also in L.A. and I was completely traumatized," said actress Mennen. There she noticed: "I will not sell my soul for this, there was just constant sexual assault, it was so common, it was clearly required." Nature and life in the jungle would have "healed" them from the bad experiences. Her fellow campers also noticed that Pallaske struggled in the camp despite her love of nature. "I think it's likely that she'll leave. We shouldn't be surprised," Mennen said.
But before the actress voluntarily throws in the towel, the audience showed mercy. Because Cecilia Asoro didn't have to go. She had received the fewest votes the day before. "I want to stay here, that's my goal. I have to finish in the top three," she explained afterwards and was able to convince enough viewers. Pallaske is now allowed to start the journey home, who received the news with a relieved cry of joy. "I'll miss you so much, but I'm just at the end, it was long enough," she finally said in the round.
The next episode of "I'm a Celebrity - Get Me Out of Here!" with eight campers, RTL shows on Wednesday from 10:15 p.m. The grand finale of the current season will then rise on January 29th.
