Rapper Sido can well imagine spending the rest of his life on a boat. "I'll stay on this boat and go where the sun is," said the 42-year-old in a dpa interview. "Then I have a small dinghy that can go ashore and fetch things." But the rapper no longer wanted to go ashore.

"If someone wants something from me, like my four sons or something, they should come, meet me on the boat," says Sido. "But I just want to be on my boat, preferably away from people." For the rapper, this is a "safe place", a safe place. "I would feel super comfortable on the boat, in the water, naked, naked all day," says Sido.

But that's not on the agenda for the foreseeable future. "I'll do it when my youngest son is 18, then I'll tackle it." He does not know how long the rapper will continue to make music. "I just think more often: 'Is it over now? Should I stop?" says Sido.
