A Harry Styles (28) truck was ambushed during his "Love On" tour in Brazil. The van contained mostly merchandise.
The van is said to have been traveling on the freeway from Sao Paulo to Curitiba on Friday when three armed men ambushed the vehicle. As the police reported to the Brazilian news portal "G1", the men are said to have forced the driver of the van to stop. They then attacked the driver and stole the car and the equipment.
The robbers are on the run and the van has not yet been found. Styles still has three appointments in Brazil: He will play in Curitiba on December 10th and in Sao Paulo on the 13th and 14th. So far he has not canceled any of the upcoming concerts.
The BR-116 highway is one of the most important federal roads in Brazil - and is considered very dangerous. The road is also known as the "Highway to Hell", partly because accidents often occur on the route, which is more than 4,800 kilometers long.
