Fiona Erdmann (34) became known in 2007 as a participant in the second "Germany's next top model" season. In an interview with "Bild.de" she now also speaks critically about the casting show.
So the models were probably secretly filmed. Erdmann explains that there were moments when she was assured that the cameras were off. "But later I was confronted with my own words in front of the cameras. I was like, 'You had turned off the cameras. And I thought you wouldn't tell anyone.' - I just thought to myself, that can't be true."
Nevertheless, Erdmann understands the show – entertainment must be provided, the model continues. She doesn't want to agree with the critics of the show: "Meanwhile I even find it a bit annoying how everyone judges this show." She owes a lot to "GNTM", Erdmann continued. "By now everyone should know that it's an entertainment show. Nobody watches the show to see Peace, Joy, Pancakes."
Since her "GNTM" participation in 2007, Fiona Erdmann has been known to many Germans as a reality TV star. She was then, among other things, in "I'm a star – get me out of here!" or see "The Perfect Celebrity Dinner". She also took on roles in TV series such as "Anna und die Liebe", "Unter Uns" or "SOKO Stuttgart".
Fiona Erdmann lives in Dubai with her husband and two children.
