Despite the sporting event, the politician has thrown himself into a black suit with a white shirt and black tie. Wife Brigitte Macron cheers for the footballers in a chic, white pants suit with a golden clutch.

Also on Instagram, the President shared a video showing the French national team celebrating after their World Cup victory in Russia in 2018. "Shall we repeat that?" Macron writes optimistically about the post.
