The honorary award of the Bavarian Prime Minister went to the moderator Markus Lanz (53). The CSU politician Markus Söder (55) paid tribute to Lanz's "defining achievements" on German television: "Markus Lanz is a smart, persistent and always meticulously prepared talk show host." With the program "Markus Lanz" he brings his audience "even complex debates and topics in an understandable and entertaining way. In doing so, he encounters his interlocutors with an almost deceptive lightness, which should not make the other person feel safe. Other prizewinners in the fiction category included Julia von Heinz for directing the series "Eldorado KaDeWe" (Constantin Television / UFA Fiction for Das Erste) or Bob Konrad, Hanno Hackfort and Thomas Pletzinger for the screenplay for the series " Funeral for a Dog" (Flare Entertainment / Viola Film for Sky). The Blue Panther Young Talent Award went to the creator, director and main actor David Helmut for the series "Wrong - uncensored" (NEW SUPER for RTL ). Soma Pysall was awarded best actress for her performance in the series "Para - Wir sind King" (Warner TV series), and best actor Peter Kurth for his role in the series "Ferdinand von Schirach - Faith" (RTL / Vox). The award for the most popular series went to "Die Discounter" (Pajama Pictures for Prime Video), the award for the most popular film to "Army Of Thieves" (Pantaleon Films for Netflix).

In the Entertainment category, Olli Dittrich received the prize for portraying the character Sandro Zahlemann in the mockumentary "I was Angela Merkel: The Zahlemann Protocol" (WDR / beckground tv for Das Erste). In addition, an award went to Joko Winterscheidt as developer and host and to Julia Mehnert as executive producer of the quiz show "Who steals the show from me?" (Florida TV for ProSieben).

On September 27, Markus Söder presented the Hollywood star Arnold Schwarzenegger with a special award at the "Blue Panther" awards. The Bavarian Prime Minister paid tribute to the actor for his social media engagement against propaganda and disinformation about the Russian war of aggression in Ukraine. Söder about the award winner: "The Terminator is back! Arnold Schwarzenegger started his career in Bavaria and is a film icon. We honor his great commitment to social media for Ukraine and against the war. I am a fan of his films - like many of mine Generation."
