After separating from Stefano Zarrella (32), Romina Palm (23) dived for the first time in early March. Now the influencer is speaking again on her YouTube channel for the first time since the love off. The video overwrites the former "GNTM" candidate with the words "Welcome back! Our new phase of life". Palm clarifies at the beginning of the five-minute clip that she hasn't disappeared, but that she needed time for herself. In general, she would have avoided social media like TikTok, Instagram and YouTube for the last three weeks.
The break would have done her "incredibly good". You have recently been able to concentrate on things that you have put off for a long time. She also recently canceled all jobs. Regarding the separation, Palm says that this was completed some time ago. She is still in contact with Zarrella: "We have a very good relationship both professionally and privately and it is important to both of us that we maintain it." Breakups are never easy, but Palm said it's the most normal thing in the world for couples to break up.
"I'm very excited myself about what's to come in the near future: I'm alone for the very first time in my life. I've always been in relationships before and love to share my everyday life with my partner," explains the influencer. For her, this is a completely new situation, and her dog Baloo is currently giving her strength and love. She has since moved with him. She does not have a bed yet, the model currently spends her nights on a mattress.
At the beginning of March, Zarrella announced the separation via Instagram. "It's not easy for me, but you have a right to know: Romina and I have split up," wrote the 32-year-old in a story to his almost 1.4 million followers. For a relationship with the former "GNTM" participant, it "simply wasn't enough in the end".
Romina Palm became known thanks to her participation in the ProSieben casting show "Germany's next top model" in 2021. There, the Cologne native took fourth place in the 16th season and has been active since then, mainly as an influencer. It was not until July 2021 that Palm and Stefano Zarrella, brother of singer and presenter Giovanni Zarrella (45), announced their engagement. The two met in 2019.
