VM-profile about wedding: 'It was a eventyrsweekend'

Everyone dreams of the perfect proposal and the perfect wedding. According to the WORLD stregspilleren Sarah Iversen got the she fulfilled both things.

Earlier in the year was Sarah Iversen namely married with his girlfriend, and it was just as it should be, she says, to B. T. Sports..

It all started back in 2018, when charles dickens boyfriend proposed to her on a holiday in Thailand:

"He proposed to me last summer in Thailand under the water. We were out diving after to have taken a diving certificate in Vietnam. I would like to just lie and relax by the pool, but he just wanted out and scuba dive, so we had to do."

"When we were out diving, there was a small pause, where you should turn to the pressure of about two minutes. Then poked me on the shoulder and when I turned me about, so he sat with the ring under the water. It was absolutely crazy. It was full, as it should be," says Simone Iversen.

however, It was a little before that stregspilleren understood what was about to happen:

"I was mega blond. I was in my own world, and my response is that I think that he has found something. I'm looking down and thinking, 'where the hell have you found the ring'. Then he takes just the hand up to the head as such, ‘Are you completely gone? The ring is from me to you. So, we drew big much air out of the mouthpiece and kissed under the water. As we came up to the surface I cried just, 'shall we get married?'. It was so romantic," says Sarah Iversen.

After a long time of planning came the big day earlier in the year, where Sarah Iversen was brought up on the floor of his father wearing a wedding dress and lots of nerves:

"It was absolutely crazy. It was such a eventyrsweekend. It was so fine. To come walking up the floor, was what I had been looking forward the most to. This having to stand there with my father. There I was the most nervous. It was crazy. All of a sudden, I get just a shaky ride, where I looked at my father, and wept, and he wept. But we had to stop because it destroyed the makeup," says WORLD cup-the player, before she fortsættter:

"When we went into the church, it was exactly as you would like it to. The mood and the emotions sat completely out of the clothes. As I sit, I shake. As in hysterically much. My father reaches into me and takes it, because I have shaken so many leaves of which are smoked down in front of me. But it was all as it should be. It was a very big moment."

The last year has Sarah Iversen, however, not all the time been around on a pink cloud. During the european championship finals in France last year, received the women's team massive criticism from TV 2 that they were boring, and it was in no way a good experience, tells Sarah Iversen.

"back Then I thought that it was actually a little bit bullshit. But I may perhaps well have an understanding of why we got the criticism. I'm just sorry that it came out that way. But it is something we have thought about, since we do not want to appear as a gray mouse, it is not what we are. We are fucking fun and are full of pranks."

Last finals did not go exactly as it should, but Sarah iversen believe that the team has what it takes to reach far for this VM:

"We have faith that we are fucking good. We are good when we play well, but we are acutely aware that we have a low bottom level. We would like to show to ourselves that we can achieve something with it here. We have high expectations for ourselves."

"The first objective is top seven in relation to the OLYMPICS-qualification. But if we can play well in all matches, I feel we can beat any team, but we would like to go all the way, I did not bother to say anything else," concludes Sarah Iversen.

Stregspilleren live in Ikast with her husband and their two bulldogs, Otto and Arne.
