for the First time since the introduction of new rules to distort the content of the short message service Twitter has one of the US President, Donald Trump shared contribution as "manipulated".
Trump had spread via his Twitter channel a misleading video clip of an election rally of the democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden more. On Monday, Twitter added the Video the name of the "manipulated media".
the Video was an excerpt from a campaign speech, Biden's in the U.S. state of Missouri. Biden had said with a view to intra-party rivalries in the US-Democrats: "We can only choose Donald Trump again, if we really this self-destruction here to indulge".

for the communication in the Online services responsible Department head in the White house, Dan Scavino, later published on Twitter a Video excerpt, to say in the Biden merely seemed to be: "We can only choose Donald Trump again." Trump Scavinos contribution informed.
Scavino responded with a denial on Twitter-labelling. The Video was not tampered with, he wrote.
Scavinos Tweet has now been accessed more than six million times. However, the note on the Manipulation is not visible to all users, but only in the personal list of those who follow the author. When users search for the Tweet, or the Tweet, click, missing the note, such as Twitter admitted. The company is working on how to fix this error, a spokesman said.
Twitter is going on since last week stronger against so-called deep fakes and other manipulated content. The new requirements provide for the removal or marking of problematic Videos during the US presidential election campaign. The decision of whether a contribution will simply be marked or deleted, depends, according to the company, of the likelihood and the Severity of the possible damage caused by the dissemination.
