He has previously driven with and against Lars Bak, just as he has been the sports director for him in 2008 and 2009.
"What I particularly remember from the year was Lars bak, which was always constructive in relation to tackling the next day's race from the team's perspective; and it is the essence of a sportsdirektørs job."
