From 2014 to 2016, Laurent Bazin has given us regular appointment for a time of relaxation and wine tasting around a bottle of his cellar in her column #AprèsLEffort. He returns in these troubled times, as " œnophile déconfiné ". A journalist of radio and television for thirty years (from TF1 in the show " C in air ", passing by the morning of RTL), now a producer and founder of Cause always, Laurent Bazin is a passionate lover of wine. Then, in Lézignan, we left the highway and took the direction of Fontjoncouse in order to regain the exhilaration of the rides and sunny through the Corbières, before heading back down towards the sea. We pass slowly Fontjoncouse, its stone houses and its small chapel, the 3-star Gilles Goujon – closed necessarily – and then it sinks between the hills by a winding road and unlikely.

It is there, at the top, at the end, at the end, that grows the vines centenaries of the young Field of 2 keys : the grenaches, the carignans, of shiraz, incubated slowly on one of the terroirs in the cooler of the region. Here, the wind knows to be a traitor and the mornings frosty. It is the small miracle of this "turn-Key" 2018. It is a round wine, merry but without pretense, crunchy without opulence. A fresh red that shines by its simplicity and the purity of its grapes. And the rigor insatiable couple of (young) winemakers, of course. It had to be, to dare to come and lose here.
