Why this choice ? Because we are not far from thinking that the great white wines of Bordeaux are not the most expensive and that are found especially on the banks of the Garonne river upstream of the city, where reign the grape variety semillon, less exuberant than the sauvignon, but more care and with more background. Loupiac is a small appellation of just over 300 hectares where we produce sweet light, less rich in sugar than the sauternes, more easy without a doubt accommodate with the kitchen, and perfectly delicious appetizer.
