Inge André Olsen is the new team he will play in the AaB at the latest from 1. april. He comes from the same job in Stabæk.

the AaB has been on the prowl in the Norwegian club Stabæk to find a new team he will play.

on Wednesday, shall notify the Danish superliga club in an announcement, that the club has reached an agreement with Inge André Olsen to become the team he will play in the AaB.

He currently has a similar job in the Norwegian club Stabæk, but no later than 1. april 2020 is he to find in the AaB, it shall inform the Danish club.

The 41-year-old Norwegian, was chosen ahead of three other candidates, tells the AaB's executive director, Thomas Bælum.

- In connection with the recruitment of a new team he will play we selected, after careful consideration, four candidates from our bruttoliste with topics. In all four cases, we were in subsequent conversations confirmed that the respective person would be able to perform the job to which team he will play in AaB, each in their own way.

Among the four well-qualified candidates were Inge qua our in advance set the parameters of our preferred choice, and we are enormously pleased that it has succeeded in getting an agreement in place.

- Inge is in our eyes complete, as he has both helped to build Stabæks academy up to be one of the best, he has done good transferresultater and has a large network, as he is skilled, communicative and has a reputation for exercising an inclusive leadership, which is why we have great expectations for the cooperation, says Thomas Bælum.

the Job has been vacant since Allan Farms was dismissed in October. Farms was the sports director in AaB, and he was criticized for not being skilled enough to sell players.

It takes the upcoming A-team he will play for himself, that he has learned through his nine years in Stabæk.

- I have in Stabæk accumulated a good experience developing their own players up to play in the first team.

- I've worked a lot with player sales and spillerlogistik, so I think I can be with to lift the AaB and contribute with my skills to both trænerteamet and the athletic department by requiring the leverancekrav, we have through the sporting system in the club, says Inge André Olsen.

He also says that he has an ambition that Denmark should be at the top of the 3F League. Currently wintering people from northern jutland in the sixth.
