Crossing legs is a gesture of reflex that we do multiple times per day without even realizing it. This posture, however, is not without consequence for the body, and a lot of misconceptions on the subject... all the more that, in our days, the sitting is clearly dominant ; we spend far more time sitting than our ancestors. All those who spend their days sitting in their office know how difficult it is to find a good posture, and for good reason : good posture does not exist.
