SLIDESHOW: Jennifer Lopez, Ben Affleck: Their Connection over the years

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck were among Hollywood's hottest couples from 2002 until they called it quits back in 2004, but these days, all evidence is pointing to a reunion.

The two initially met while filming the movie"Gigli" in 2001 while Lopez, now 51, was married to Cris Judd. Not long after announcing she had registered for divorce, Lopez and Affleck went public with their relationship.

They became engaged in 2002 and were widely covered by the press. In fact, the media coverage was so wide, Bennifer is believed at least partially responsible for bringing coloured gemstones to the world of American style when Affleck, now 48, suggested with a pink rock which reportedly cost $2.5 million.

The media circus that followed their own life didn't just sway style trends, however, as it became so intense, the few said it was the reason they postponed their wedding.

Only a few months later, however, they would call off their entire connection. In years following, both remained relatively tight-lipped on the breakup, but eventually would show that public attention took its toll on these.

However, they stayed friendly with one another and proceeded on with various other relationships. Lopez has 13-year-old twins, Max and Emme, together with ex-husband Marc Anthony.

Following Lopez's shocking split in Alex Rodriguez in April, the"Hustlers" celebrity was seen spending time with Affleck again. At first, their meetups were reportedly friendly and not romantic, but as they increased in frequency, speculation of a relationship involving the two ran rampant.

The two were spotted during that a Montana getaway before Affleck was spotted visiting Lopez in Miami, in which they had been spotted kissing. Shortly after, the"Fargo" star had to journey back to Los Angeles to spend time with his family, but Lopez wasn't far behind.

In photos lately obtained by Page Six, the A-list stars were pictured cuddling up to each other as they led into a dinner date on Monday night.

Both had their arms sweetly wrapped around one another while walking right into a West Hollywood restaurant all but confirming they've rekindled their romance.
