Moon Knight introduced Oscar Isaac's superhero to the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). He also created his own Disney+ show. It will end on Wednesday, May 4.

With its complex storyline about two characters, Marc Spector and Steven Grant, Isaac plays both Spector. He faces Arthur Harrow (Ethan Hawke), who is a villain with the power of Khonshu, the Egyptian god of light, Khonshu.

Although the original intention was to make a miniseries of the show, many fans believe the show will be renewed. This is what we know so far.

After Steven, now in his own body was thrown into Duat to defend Marc from the dead, during their journey through underworld, this occurred.

It was a dramatic ending for the show's final episode. However, it is still unclear how the story will end.

Episode 5 featured Marc and Steven alternate between trying to balance their hearts against a feather, and their "real" lives in Chicago's psychiatric hospital. Hawke's Harrow is their psychiatrist and not an evil villain out to kill them.

It's still not clear which one of these realities is real, but the finale will most likely reveal it all.

Comicbook.com reports that Marvel tweeted that Moon Knight was set to release its "series final," but then deleted the tweet and reshared it with the words "season finale."

Some fans believed that the show would be back, and that Marvel decided that Moon Knight shouldn't be limited.

One fan noticed the changes and tweeted: "oh my @MarvelStudios deleted the tweet saying 'SERIES Finale' were changed to 'SEASON FINALE' Tell me that we are getting season 2 !!!!!. "I need Oscar Isaac more, more!

Another said: "HELLO ????" I JUST WOKE UP FROM A NAPT TO FIND OUT THERE IS A PORTAL FOR SEASON 2 MOONKNIGHT

Another user wrote, "SEASON FINALE!" SO IT MEANS THAT THERE IS A SEASON 2 MOON KNIGHT ?!'?!'!."

Others Disney+ shows, such as WandaVision or Hawkeye, are limited series. They don't have a full story so they won't get renewed.

WandaVision led to Doctor Strange in The Multiverse of Madness. What happened in Hawkeye will most likely impact future films.

Loki, Marvel's Disney+ series, was initially intended to be a limited series. It was submitted to Emmys for consideration in that category. However, it was later retracted and the show was renewed in its second season's post credit scene.
