In anticipation of the severe winter storm that will hit Wednesday, all Monroe County Community School Corporation schools have moved their classes online.

According to the tweet from the MCCSC Twitter account, schools will be closed Wednesday through Friday.

According to the school MCCSC , teachers will be flexible in completing assignments and will communicate with students about how to complete them online.

Breakfast and lunch will still be served from 11:30 a.m. until 1 p.m. on school days unless it is unsafe to drive or extreme weather. According to the website, you can pick up your meals at Tri-North schools in Batchelor, Highland Park and Templeton.

Bloomington expects 8 to 12 inches of snow during the second half of this week.
