One of the largest lettings in the Scottish commercial property market this year has been made by a major energy company.

Ovo Energy has signed a lease agreement to lease 33,905 square footage on the ground, first, and second floors of the Cadogan Street Building. This building has been called one of the most sustainable office developments anywhere in Scotland.
