Credit Suisse intends to release first-quarter earnings earlier than planned. The Swiss bank wants to present the figures on Monday, as it surprisingly announced on Tuesday. The figures for the following Thursday were originally announced.

A press release and a time series of financial data are to be published on Monday, it said. There will be no presentation for analysts and investors - as is usually the case.

UBS plans to present its quarterly figures on Tuesday next week. About a month ago, the largest Swiss financial institution announced that it would take over Credit Suisse.
